So often when we are faced with problems, (and we all have them) we find ourselves focusing on whats wrong rather than how to find a solution. We must realize that we can’t focus on the problem, and the solution at the same time. Worrying is when you are continually focusing on the problem, and it will get you nowhere except make you miserable and it will cause fear.

You will end up going round in maddening circles. But focusing on a solution is not worry ; rather it is constructive rather than destructive and it is the only way to move forward. So, as soon as you have identified the problem, stop focusing on it and talking about it.(you already know what it is) Instead, give all your efforts and focus to the solution. Become solution focused.
